PRE-REQUIS
- Avoir installé les drivers USB (voir tutoriel : Installer les Pilotes / les Drivers sur HTC One (M7)).
- Avoir installé le le TWRP Recovery (voir tutoriel : Installer le TWRP Recovery sur HTC One M7).
- Téléchargez la dernière version de la rom
- Assurez vous d'avoir une batterie chargée au maximum (mini 75%)

New Release
INSTALLATION
- Connectez votre mobile à votre ordinateur.
- Copiez/collez les fichiers ViperOne_x.x.x.zip à la racine de votre Sd card.
- Éteignez votre mobile.
- Redémarrez votre mobile en bootloader mode en appuyant simultanément sur les touches Volume Bas + Power jusqu'à l'apparition du menu hboot.
- Sélectionnez Recovery.
- Dans le menu Recovery, commencez par effectuez une sauvegarde en sélectionnant Backup/Restore puis Backup et validez.
- Sélectionnez Wipe data puis validez sur Yes.
- Sélectionnez Wipe cache partiton puis validez sur Yes.
- Sélectionnez Advanced puis Wipe dalvik cache puis validez sur Yes.
- Sélectionnez Install .zip from sdcard.
- Choisissez Choose zip file et validez.
- Sélectionnez le fichier ViperOne_x.x.x.zip sur votre Sd card et validez.
- Vous verrez alors apparaître l'AROMA installer dans lequel vous pourrez sélectionner les options désirées
- Une fois vos choix effectués sélectionnez Reboot System Now dans le menu Aroma pour redémarrer votre mobile.
- Patientez, votre mobile va redémarrer avec la nouvelle rom.
