Après contact d'amazfit: il faut mettre à jour la montre soit en passant par une ancienne version andro (mais pas trop vieille ...), soit avec un iphone, soit avec windows.

Is it your first time to pair the Pace watch? What's the OS version of your mobile phone? Please understand that the firmware version which supports Android 8.0/8.1 is 1.3.5+.
If it's your first time to pair the watch with an Android phone with Android 8+, please use your friend's or family's Android phone ( not Android 8/8.1) to update the watch. After the update the watch to the latest version 2.8.4.0, you can log in the app on your phone using the same account to connect your watch. No need to factory reset the watch to get the QR code to connect. Hope you can understand.
And also you can use an iPhone to update the watch.
1) Connect Pace to iPhone and login to the app.
2) Connect Pace to WiFi and Update Pace Software.
3) Unpair Pace from iPhone to get back the pairing QR code.
4) Restarting your Android phone
5) Log in the app on your Android phone using the same account to pair and connect your watch
And please note that when the watch shows pairing code,
please swipe down from the top screen of your phone to check if you receive a message to let you confirm for Bluetooth connection. The message is shown very briefly and it disappears very soon. But you can find it in the top tray area. After confirmation the device and the watch can be connected immediately.
If the issue can not be resolved, please update the app to the latest version 2.7.0 and then attempt the following steps. Please note that all these four steps are critical important
1. Go to phone settings to find Bluetooth setting and then clear Bluetooth cache.
2. Toggle Bluetooth OFF and ON.
3. Reboot the watch and phone.
4. Log out and then re-open app and try connecting again.

Please make sure the watch is fully charged first.

If your computer system has installed an ADB driver, please skip step A.
If you are not sure, you can connect the watch and the charger data cable to the computer, then click on the file ADBDriverInstaller.exe in the folder, as shown in the screenshot below does not require installation :
If the ADB driver is not installed, there are 2 ways to install it. Please make sure you insert the watch into its charging base and then attach the USB end of the charger to your PC.
1) Click the ADBDriverInstaller.exe program in the current folder, and then click the install button to install the relevant driver
2) Double-click the Amazfit Watch Tools.exe program, enter the number 3 and click the install button to install
B. After ADB driver is installed, please attempt the following steps to upgrade the watch to the version 1.3.8a:
Double-click the Amazfit Watch Tools.exe program to execute the file. And please make sure the watch and computer are connected before executing the file.
The program running interface is as follow:
Double tap 'Amazfit Watch Tools' and enter 1 before press Enter.
After you update the watch to version 1.3.8a, you can pair and connect the watch with your mobile phone to update it to the latest version 2.8.1.0.
