Method #2: T-Mobile + Sprint + International Carriers (ONLY)
Tools you will need:
-Windows PC
-USB Type "C" Cable
-Note 7
Files to download to your PC:
-Samsung Smart Switch
-Solid Explorer
-S Package Disabler
Prepare your PC:
-Install Samsung Smart Switch for PC if you don't already have the drivers.
-Download the Solid Explorer apk to your PC and remember where it is.
Prepare your Note 7:
-Place your phone on airplane mode
-Take out the SIM and SD card out of the Note 7.
-If you have a package disabler, now it the time to enable all packages.
-On your Note 7, go to Settings---> Developer Options---> Scroll down and turn on USB Debugging, OEM Unlock and Verify Apps via USB. If you do not have Developers Option, click herefor instructions.
Block The Update:
-Connect your Note 7 to your PC via USB Type C Cable and wait for it to make a connection.
-On your PC, move the Solid Explorer apk and S Package Disabler onto your Note7. You can put it in any folder in the you want. As long as you know where to locate it.
-On your Note 7 go to Apps---> My Files---> locate Solid_Explorer2.2.2.apk and install it to your phone
-On the Solid Explorer App, go to the top left hand side of the screen. Tap on the "Settings" menu which the icon looks like 3 horizontal lines.
-A vertical tab will appear from the left. Tap on the small "gear" icon that is at the top.
-Scroll down and check off the box that says "Show root storage"
-Go back and click on the Settings menu and a lock icon will appear called "Root" Tap on that storage.
We will now install the packages that causes the firmware 60% batter to download and update. By Installing these files, it will bring them out of your root folder and make them useless. Depending on your carrier, you will not have some of these packages
-Go to System---> priv-app---> SOAgent---> click on the file SOAgent.apk and open file using "Package Installer"
-Go to System---> priv-app---> FotaAgent---> click on the file FotaAgent.apk and open file using "Package Installer"

You may now exit the program, turn off Airplane Mode and place the SIM and SD Card back into your Note 7. The update process will try to run but then fail. You are now protected from any updates but in order to make the "fail" notification go away, follow the steps below with the S Package Disabler:
-On your Note 7 go to Apps---> My Files---> locate spackagedisabler.apk and install it to your phone
-Choose the "Enable Admin" button---> Tap on "ACTIVATE"
-Choose the "ACTIVATE APP" button---> Check box: "I have read and agree to all the terms and conditions above" and then tap on "CONFIRM"
-When the app loads, choose the "Search" Icon on the top right side of the app. Find the following packages and disable them by tapping on the package and then choosing the "Disable' bar:
