Tipo dual without Rom n bootloader locked, need solution

hi! I've sony xperia Tipo rooted I installed CWM then I Installed new Rom without back up, but it didn't work, then I realised that I shoud unlook bootloader , I tried all solution in web but didn't get anyone work plz help!. thank u

To return on Stock rom, try this :

it did't work my PC can't identifier my Phone, LED light turn green or off not blue
