Hey everyone,
I'm experiencing an issue with my rear facing camera on my Samsung Galaxy S20+. When I open the camera, it just shows a white screen. I have tried everything I can think of clearing the cache, clearing storage, restarting the phone, and even doing a factory reset, but nothing has worked.
The camera was functioning perfectly just a couple of weeks ago. I bought this phone brand new about two months ago. Could there have been a bad software update recently that might have caused this bright white screen issue? Any ideas?
