-ART removed (no need for this experimental feature, qualcomm optimized dalvik is much more supported)
-Removed google gallery (seriously, this apk needs work by google to be of any use whatsoever, use quickpic from the market for your gallery. TRUST ME!)

-Faster scrolling - very fluid and smooth, you will notice this right away
-Launcher now stays in memory (performance boost)
-Touchscreen optimizations - try it with a pair of gloves now not nearly as bad ( I live in canada and need this)
-Battery life optimizations - just a few that are proven to work, there are alot of useless battery tweaks out there, I was careful
-Decreased boot time - (not by very much lol, half a second maybe? based on 2 tests)
-Phone will deep sleep faster (This tested positive in CPU spy, The best tweak in the arsenal for sure)
-Disabled Playstore check in - This fixes app's that "hang" when downloading an update, also the system won't auto update when you first login
-Xposed is now uninstallable
-All modules are user uninstallable
-adjusted build.prop tweaks
-removed google drive (get it from the market)
-removed chrome (get it from the market)

-Deodexed the framework
-Removed distorted/buggy/annoying volume panel sound (framework.jar)
-HSPA will now display H icon like it should (systemui.apk)
-Added advanced reboot menu (android.policy.jar)
-Cleaned up platform permissions
-Raised WIFI scan interval when not connected to a network (if you forget to turn off wifi)
-I have no more annoyances with kitkat, That I know of...
*tip* Disable double-tap in gravitybox will speed up home button response
then simply rebind recent's to hold home

*note, signal drops is your modem, not my rom
*you must flash the latest modem.bin for you're device in odin
